Regenerative Agriculture
The health of our soil is directly connected to the health of our food—and, in turn, to human well-being. Regenerative agriculture focuses on restoring soil through practices that enhance biodiversity, improve water retention, and increase carbon sequestration. In contrast, certain industrial agricultural methods, along with modern ultra-processing and packaging, can introduce synthetic chemicals into the food system and diminish the nutritional integrity of food.
